Our approach

We believe first aid training should be practical, hands-on and relevant to the people in the room. That's why we come to your premises and run sessions built around your setting — your workplace, your school, your nursery — and the people you need trained.

Our training focuses on real scenarios and hands-on practice with manikins, so learners leave with the confidence to act in an emergency rather than just theory.

Meet your trainer

Stuart Noakes

An educator with more than 25 years of experience.

Stuart brings more than 25 years of experience in education, including post-16 education, to JACT Wellness Ltd. He has also worked in the football industry for over 20 years.

He holds a PGCE and a Certificate in Education (Cert Ed), and is a qualified assessor, internal verifier and personal trainer (PT). He is also an NLP practitioner. That background informs our approach to training: clear explanations, practical activities and opportunities to ask questions. Sessions focus on helping people understand and practise the skills they are learning.

We work with businesses, schools and nurseries, bringing group training to your premises across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Kent and Cambridgeshire, and UK-wide.

Nationally accredited, practically delivered

All JACT Wellness first aid training is nationally accredited. Every course is Nuco approved and approved by First Aid Awards (FAA) — an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual — and all training is delivered by Nuco-approved trainers. Nuco is an approved centre with First Aid Awards.
